The  Kirloskar KDS Monoblock pump (single phase) is a heavy-duty centrifugal pump series designed for residential, agricultural, and industrial water transfer. These pumps are recognized for their ability to withstand significant voltage fluctuations, typically ranging from 180 to 240 volts, which helps prevent motor burnout in areas with unstable power.

Key Features and Specifications

  • Power Range: Available from 0.5 HP to 5.0 HP (0.37 kW to 3.7 kW).
  • Performance: Capable of a head range up to 52 metres and a discharge range up to 28 litres per second (LPS).
  • Protection & Durability: Features CED (Cathodic Electro Deposition) coating for 5x better corrosion resistance than conventional painting. Most models include a Thermal Overload Protector (TOP) to shield the motor from overloading.
  • Operational Design: Designed for automatic air release during priming to ensure smoother starts. Dynamically balanced rotating parts minimize vibration, extending the life of internal components.
